I am looking for a new place to live…

My summer rental is perfect! It is in the heart of the city, close to all amenities, surrounded by trees and has a river flowing through it. I am looking for a new place to live with the same vibe on a beach or at least waterfront.      

After viewing hundreds of homes in many cities I have learned a thing or two about the housing market. Initially I hired a home inspector to view the homes that I was seriously considering purchasing. Now my daughter and I have a print out of a home inspection checklist from The Complete Guide to Home Inspection that we take to each property for a quick reference.

When we find our next home will we hire our home inspector to complete a full assessment so we know how much work and how much money are required for us to live in a safe and secure structure.
