We are off to Rome to experience more than 3,000 years of history…

Rome’s transportation system is fully integrated. We flew first class from Toronto, got off the plane walked to the attached train station and took a train downtown to the attached bus station. It was so convenient, metropolitan and historic, I absolutely loved it.

Rome is a city where you will discover something new on every street corner, a gelato vendor, a beautiful fountain or even a thousand year old statue. It is one of the most visited cities in Europe and the fourteenth worldwide. 

We experienced Rome with a Hop On, Hop Off Sightseeing Bus Tour featuring: The Vatican, St. Peter’s Square and the Sistine Chapel, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill, Pompeii, the world-famous Colosseum.

We stayed at the iQ Hotel Roma we found online. We walked from the train station to the hotel. It was very convenient, simple, clean and delivered incredible customer service.  We highly recommend this hotel it has over 5000 reviews and close to a five star rating on Tripadvisor.
