How well does your shampoo work?

Shampooing my hair is a very personal experience. I only use shampoos that smell like the Caribbean with pineapple, coconut, mango and papaya. They make me feel like I am relaxing on the sand beside an ocean on an island in the Caribbean.

Does my shampoo really work? Does my shampoo clean and hydrate my hair and make it feel full and look shiny? Do I shampoo my hair properly?

For the past year I have been using  Garnier Fructis Damage Repairing Treat Shampoo with Papaya Extract and Garnier Fructis Damage Repairing Treat Conditioner with Papaya Extract

These products are 98% naturally derived  to nourish my hair and 94% biodegradable, vegan, safe for my color-treated hair and there are no parabens, artificial colorants or silicones.

Garnier recommends that I massage the shampoo onto my wet hair, lather and rinse thoroughly and then apply the conditioner to my hair from root to tip and rinse.

They also have a Garnier Fructis Damage Repairing Treat 1 Minute Hair Mask with Papaya Extract to Nourish and Repair Dry Damaged Hair that I use for a special treat once a week.
