The house hunt continues…

Since the house sold in January, we have been on the hunt for another home. We are currently living in a rental since we did not find our next home to purchase. After viewing hundreds of homes we asked ourselves if we even want to buy a home in today’s housing market.

We love our rental. It has a large primary with an ensuite and walkin, plus 2 other bedrooms and another full bathroom on the second floor. It has a powder room, living room, dining room and kitchen with a walk out to a patio on the main floor and laundry in the basement.

We do not require the use of the basement except for laundry and one of the bedrooms is only being used for storage. Let’s talk storage. Since we are living in this rental for a finite period of time we did not unpack all of our belongings making storage critical.
