Even though I enjoy sports and they are part of my daily routine, I still need to stretch my body after my shower in the morning, during the day and after my shower at night. I usually stretch right beside my bed using my yoga mat.

Get a yoga mat that is light weight and has a yoga strap to make it easy to carry and easy to store. Make sure it has double sided non-slip surfaces, is slip resistant, moisture resistant and can easily be washed with soap and water because it will need to be cleaned frequently.
